1. Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is authorized and any required verification is complete. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. We may hold or decline an order for verification, stock, or compliance reasons, as described in our Terms of Service. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship to international destinations. Some products may carry additional restrictions — including to particular states or regions where limited by law or carrier policy — and eligibility is checked against your shipping address at checkout. An option that appears available does not guarantee delivery if a restriction applies to your address; where that happens, we will contact you and, if the order cannot be fulfilled, refund it.
3. Carriers, methods, and costs
We ship using established parcel carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on your destination and the service level chosen at checkout. Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order, and orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200.00 or more ship free. The shipping charge that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Carrier prohibited-item policies apply to every shipment and may independently restrict what can be shipped.
4. Packaging and temperature handling
Orders are packaged discreetly, without external reference to the contents. Products are packaged as laboratory reference materials, and temperature-sensitive items may ship with insulated packaging and a coolant intended to buffer normal transit conditions.
We do not guarantee or monitor the temperature of a package while it is in transit, and transit conditions are outside our control. Because product integrity depends on controlled conditions, you are responsible for being available to receive your shipment promptly and for placing temperature-sensitive materials into appropriate storage immediately on delivery. We are not responsible for any degradation resulting from a delay in receipt or from storage conditions within your control. Handling guidance concerns the material only and is not a direction for any use in or on a human or animal.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation with tracking information to the email on your account. Tracking is updated by the carrier and may lag actual movement. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact us at vestrandpeptides@gmail.com.
6. Shipment timing (FTC Mail Order Rule)
Consistent with the U.S. FTC Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), we will ship within the time stated at the time of your order or, if no time is stated, within 30 days of receiving your properly completed order. If we cannot ship within that time, we will notify you of the delay, offer you the option to cancel for a prompt refund, and proceed only with your agreement.
7. Lost, delayed, damaged, or refused shipments
If your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed, contact us at vestrandpeptides@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery or expected-delivery date, with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the packaging and contents. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Packages that are undeliverable or refused, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, may be subject to return shipping costs.
8. Address accuracy and delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered because of an address you entered incorrectly. Some shipments may require a signature on delivery. We ship to standard U.S. street addresses; if you need delivery to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated.
9. Title and risk of loss
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are handed to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
10. Research-use restriction
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. You are responsible for the lawful receipt, handling, storage, and use of every product in your jurisdiction. See our Research Use Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
